Cook three confinement meals daily

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the mother in accordance with confinement dietary practices.
Prepare daily tonic soups

Prepare one tonic soup daily to support nourishment and postpartum recovery.
Extra meals outside standard times

Prepare additional meals or snacks upon request outside standard meal times.
Plan meals according to mother's recovery stage

Tailor meal ingredients and preparation methods to suit early, mid, and late postpartum recovery stages.
Special diets (vegetarian, halal, kosher)

Meal preparation in accordance with selected special dietary requirements.
Specific allergy meal preparation

Careful food preparation with strict avoidance of specified allergens.
Guide breastfeeding and feeding positions

Assist the mother in identifying comfortable and appropriate breastfeeding and feeding positions.
Monitor mother's recovery (non-medical)

Observe the mother’s general comfort, swelling, energy levels, and pain indicators without providing medical assessment or diagnosis.
Laundry for mother

Wash the mother’s daily clothing using a washing machine.
Preparing herbal bath water

Prepare traditional herbal bath water for daily cleansing, based on customary confinement practices.
Emotional check-in and reassurance

Conduct regular emotional check-ins to provide reassurance and support the mother’s emotional well-being.
Handwashing of baby laundry

Carefully handwash baby clothing to maintain fabric quality and hygiene.
Feeding (formula or breast milk)

Feed the baby using the agreed feeding method, whether formula or expressed breast milk.
Bathing and daily cleaning

Bathe the baby and perform daily cleaning, including face, skin folds, and body.
Sterilising bottles and equipment

Clean and sterilise feeding bottles and related equipment to ensure hygiene and safety.
Tracking baby's routine

Track and record the baby’s feeding times, sleep periods, and bowel movements.
Night duty (10pm to 6am)

Full baby care provided during the specified night hours.
High needs baby (reflux, colic)

Provide additional care and attention for babies with higher-than-average care needs.
Cleaning kitchen after meals

Clean the kitchen area and all utensils used after each meal.
Keeping baby and mother areas neat

Maintain a tidy and organized environment around the mother and baby.
Taking out household rubbish

Collect and dispose of daily household waste as needed.
Attending hospital visits or outings

Accompany mother or baby for medical checkups or essential outings.
Teaching parents baby care basics

Demonstrate correct feeding, bathing, and basic care techniques for newborns.
Emotional support for mother

Provide empathetic listening, reassurance, and encouragement to support maternal well-being.
Provision of confinement and recovery guidance

Share practical postpartum recovery tips based on experience (non-medical advice).
Helping parents understand baby cues

Explain common infant signals, including hunger, tiredness, or discomfort.

Daily rest period

Extension after the confirmed period will be charged daily

Any extension beyond the agreed period will be billed at a daily rate.
Arrival and completion tokens (Ang Bao)

A goodwill token may be presented at the start and end of the job.
Work permit and administrative fee coverage

The family is responsible for all legal and administrative fees required for employment.
Health insurance coverage

Provision of health insurance coverage during the employment period.
Transport and flight fee coverage

The family pays for all transportation or flight expenses related to the job.
