Sign Up / In
Create a Mummy Account or Sign In with a Mummy Account if you already have one.
Total Salary:The complete fee the Nanny will earn for the entire job.
Daily Salary:A fixed daily fee that is used to calculate the Total Salary for the Nanny.
Down Payment:A portion of the Total Salary the Nanny charges up-front before starting the job.
Service Fee:A non-refundable portion of the Down Payment for MummyNanny's services.

Complete your Profile
Confirm that your Contact Information and Expected Delivery Date are correct. Note that: (i) only Nannies who receive a Job Request from you will be able to view your Contact Information; and (ii) your Expected Delivery Date is used to provide you with Nannies that will be available during your confinement period and will be accessible by you alone.

Find Nannies
Go to the Nannies page and use the search filters to find Nannies according to your criteria. Click on the displayed Nannies to view their Nanny Profiles. Nanny Profiles have their Contact Information displayed, so that you can get in touch with them for job inquiries.

Hire a Nanny
When you identify a Nanny that you wish to hire, head to the Calendar on the Nanny’s Profile, select the Start Date and Duration of the job, and place a Booking. The Booking will appear on your Account’s “My Bookings” page and you can cancel it at any time. At this point the Nanny will receive a Job Request from you. If the Nanny accepts your Job Request, you will then be given the option of making a Down Payment. Make sure that you and the Nanny come to a mutual agreement about the job before you proceed.

Manage the Job Portfolio
After making the Down Payment, a Portfolio will be created on your Account’s “My Hires” page for you to manage and record the progress of the job. This is a very important aspect of the hiring process, as the Reviews that you provide in the Portfolio will contribute to the Nanny’s overall Rank on the Site.
If the Nanny is unable to proceed with the job as agreed and requests for cancellation before the Start Date, you will be required to complete your part of the Portfolio and send a request to be reimbursed the refundable part of your Down Payment (the refundable part of your Down Payment is the remainder after deducting the MummyNanny’s Service Fee). If however, you request the job to be canceled due to your own personal reasons, the Nanny will be entitled to receive the refundable part of your Down Payment and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Once the Nanny arrives at your home, you will be required to update the Nanny’s Arrival Date in the Portfolio. This will signify that: (i) the Nanny has arrived at the job location and that you are no longer entitled to a reimbursement of the refundable part of your Down Payment; and (ii) the Nanny is entitled to receive the refundable part of your Down Payment as part of the Total Salary. Note that payment of the remaining part of the salary is between you and the Nanny and MummyNanny no longer has any part to play in the hiring process henceforth.
Upon the completion of a Portfolio, your Account will be increased by one level and the Nanny’s Account will gain one Experience Point.

Complete your Profile
Confirm that your Contact Information, Date of Birth, Daily Salary, and Bank Account Information are correct. Note that any User who visits your Nanny Profile will be able to view your Contact Information, Age and Daily Salary. On the other hand, your Bank Account Information will not be made public and will only be available to MummyNanny for making payouts to your bank account in order for you to receive funds.

Manage your Calendar
Your Calendar is located on your Account’s “My Calendar” page. You can add busy entries for the days you are not open to accepting a job so that Mummies can view your availability and send you Job Requests accordingly.

Respond to Job Requests
When Mummies wish to hire you, they will head to your Calendar, select the Start Date and Duration of the job, and place a Booking. At this point you will receive a Job Request from the Mummy on your Account’s “Job Requests” page (note that you have the option of accepting or rejecting Job Requests). If you accept the Job Request, the Mummy will then be given the option of making a Down Payment. Make sure that you and the Mummy come to a mutual agreement about the job before you accept the Job Request.

Manage the Job Portfolio
After the Mummy makes the Down Payment, a Portfolio will be created on your Account’s “My Jobs” page for you to manage and record the progress of the job. This is a very important aspect of the hiring process, as the Reviews that Mummy provides in the Portfolio will contribute to your overall Nanny Rank on the Site.
If you are unable to proceed with the job as agreed, quickly contact the Mummy and request for a cancellation before the Start Date. In this event, Mummies will be required to complete their part of the Portfolio and then request to be reimbursed the refundable part of their Down Payment (the refundable part of a Down Payment is the remainder after deducting the MummyNanny’s Service Fee). If however, a Mummies request the job to be cancelled due to their own personal reasons, you will be entitled to receive the refundable part of the Down Payment and the Mummy will not be entitled to a refund.
Once you arrive the job location, quickly ask the Mummy to update your Arrival Date in the Portfolio. This will signify that: (i) the Mummy is no longer entitled to a reimbursement of the refundable part of the Down Payment; and (ii) you are entitled to receive the refundable part of the Down Payment as part of the Total Salary. Note that payment of the remaining part of the salary is between you and the Mummy and MummyNanny no longer has any part to play in the hiring process henceforth.
Upon the completion of a Portfolio, your Account will gain one Experience Point and the Mummy’s Account will be increased by one level.
