Nanny is excellent in taking care of the baby in every aspect. Shes very gentle and skillful and during the course of the confinement she also imparted the knowledge to us. She is also very patient with the baby despite him being cranky and she offered different solutions to help with attending to the baby which we are very appreciative.

Nanny takes care of both baby and mummy well-being. She always ensure baby is well attended to and mummy have enough rest, drink enough liquids. There was a time that mummy had a very bad headache and she offered to massage her head. It would also be nice if she could help massage more regularly to help with easing some of mummy's discomfort but overall very satisfied with her care-giving towards both baby and mummy.
