1. Mother’s mental and emotional health

I support mothers emotionally after birth and help them manage stress, exhaustion, baby blues, and anxiety.

I listen without judgment and guide mothers to feel calmer, more confident, and supported during the postnatal period.

2. Baby care & lactation support

I teach basic lactation techniques, when baby has difficulty feeding during the first few days after birth.

I also guide mothers on:

• Correct burping techniques based on UK safety guidelines

• Checking whether the baby’s sleeping area is safe

• Safe ways to settle and put the baby to sleep

• How to play and interact with the baby to support early development
