I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Vivien Wong Yoke Koon as a confinement nanny.

Vivien worked with our family in London from November 2025 to January 2026 to help care for

our second child, a baby girl.

Even though we’re second time parents, there were still so many tips Vivien could teach us. She

upheld very high hygiene standards when it came to our baby and also pampered her to bits!

Vivien gave our daughter a baby massage every night and even made a little face mask for her

when she had some baby ache. Developmentally she also engaged our daughter in appropriate

sensory activities as well as tummy time. It was evident Vivien is highly experienced with

newborn babies, and she was able to get our daughter into a schedule early on which meant

she started sleeping long stretches at night by a few weeks old! Most importantly through all this

we observed that she was always very caring and loving towards our daughter.

When it came to caring for me, Vivien cooked 3 nutritious meals every day for me and my

husband. She is an excellent cook and can cook various cuisines including Chinese, Western

and South East Asian to name a few. In the three months she was with us we only had the same

dish a couple of times, a testament to her wide repertoire! Vivien also always ensured I had a

large thermos of red date tea every night before she went to bed, making sure I stayed hydrated.

In the 3 months with us, Vivien very much became a member of our family. She’s hardworking,

reliable, neat and tidy and has a great attitude, always open to taking on feedback. She was also

very good with our 3 year old son, who has already repeatedly mentioned how much he will miss

her when she’s gone!

All in all, Vivien is an absolute treasure and I have no doubt she will be an incredibly useful

resource to your family, as she was mine.

It’s really touching to watch my sweetie to grow up day by day. Every growth and every small change makes me feel extremely precious. The baby’s cute and innocent smile often melts my heart and becomes my greatest happiness every day, especially every morning when she smiles and look at me when she wakes up ❤️❤️. Auntie miss you much my sweetie ❤️ ❤️

During this period, we shared many happy moments together and left a lot of good memories. Now I’m really reluctant to say goodbye.
