横跨半个地球，19个半小时飞行抵达英国曼徹斯特機場. 💕感恩Daddy 半夜驾大白Tesla 接回家开启我的陪月之旅。。daddy is American; mommy is mainland China.饮食习惯都是high protein (高优质蛋白), low carb (低碳水),low sugar(低糖)just olive Oil只用橄榄油..月子餐也只用了蒸,烤,干煸,水煮,烫串等烹调方式。当然,红枣gojiberry水,黑豆水，通草催奶茶,药材炖汤还是全套上餐的。😘妈咪是自然产的，也就恢复的较快，满月后就开始做gym,凯格尔运动等修复骨盘和子宫归位。。🍼新手daddy总爱在旁学习换尿布，拍隔，🛁洗澡，安抚睡觉💤等。。妈咪勤快pump奶一天8次。。宝宝eat,play,cry,poop,sleep routine everyday.. morning walk, evening walk with baby was enjoying n cool weather between 12-20 degrees. 💕感恩遇到宝妈宝爸,喜欢经常笑容满面的妈咪,录影录不停的daddy..也谢谢给放假去了我最想的Amsterdam, Netherland..
