Melissa came to my home in Bern🇨🇭 at second week .

Melissa created a calm and supportive environment that allowed me to focus on rest and bonding with my baby. Her knowledge, dedication, and caring nature made a significant difference to my postpartum experience, and I am truly grateful for her support.

We also spend time together in Quill City Mall, Kuala Lumpur when I paid a visit to Malaysia after 2 years I have been abroad.

Liya is my client in Bern, Switzerland. She has multi racial marriage with Germany man. Our treatment has been delayed since she went through BTL (turban ligation). Client Liya doesn't went trough major challenges. She has easy recovery.

As the only woman in the family (she has 3 sons and brother living together) I am aware the mother need helping hand & emotional support to go trough postpartum period. I have been turned to someone that understand her feelings by coincidence I have similar experience. Both of us realised, “the life we are going through sometimes is not the same as we used to dream". Some more, I guide her some practices according to UK guidelines, example for baby’s burping & coat setting.

Even though this is the third child, the mother was really opened to know new guidance from abroad.

We truly enjoyed this journey together. Our bond became very close. During this time, Liya got support from her brother too.

Baby Julien was born healthy. He is the most handsome baby I ever seen!

During the process, I was impressed with the mother, how big initiative she made for recovery. Her brother, Adam has transport a few premiums & inovative material, Such as premium traditional belly wrap (bengkung), electric hot stone and herbs collagen. She has been using head’s herb (pilis) without hesitation & the tail belly wrap even it takes so much effort. I really adore her spirit.

Even though the postpartum was over, we are still keep in touch & I’m honored to be invited by mdm Liya and family again, to Bern anytime that I wish to arrive.
