She took very good care of my newborn, especially during the early weeks when my baby wanted to be held most of the time. Elaine was very patient — she carried the baby whenever needed and also helped encourage better feeding by working on the milk schedule gently. When my baby developed a diaper rash, she immediately suggested switching to cloth diapers and took the initiative to adjust routines to help the skin heal. I really appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to act quickly for the baby’s comfort.
