In my opinion i think the nanny really do need to improve on how she handle her schedule, as well as mommy's expectations. There was several times where I had to wait to 10am for breafast even though i wakes up at 8am everyday. Or dinner was only ready around at 8pm. She takes around 1 to 2 hours to prepare each meal, and another 30mins to 1hr to finish her meal. Which adds up to a significant amount of time where the mommy have to look after the baby instead of resting.
