Elaine is very hardworking, she is knowledgable and kind. She takes great care of the baby, she is always alert even when she had to stay up at night for the baby, she knows how to calm the baby down and how to make the baby feels secure during shower. She knows how to massage the baby and tummy time. She is so good at it I was following her for a week before she leaves just so that I can remember the steps, I took notes and used the same style on my second baby and it works! The way she calm the baby to sleep is top notch! Hygiene and cleanliness is best too! What I miss most is the food she cooks and miss her taking care of me!
