Auntie Lay Peng is a friendly, caring, and attentive lady who goes beyond her job responsibilities to provide top-notch support and care for the family. Not only did she do a wonderful job of caring for my baby, but she also made sure that I was well taken care of.

She cooked a variety of delicious and nutritious meals for the family and me, did an immaculate job with the cleaning and washing, and even took the initiative to help us with our toddler. She shared her advice and wisdom respectfully without being over-insistent, was open to feedback, and was always there to lend me a listening ear.

She was very patient and attentive towards my baby's needs. She always attends to my baby promptly and lovingly and was able to calm my baby easily. Within a few days of caring for my baby, she was the first one to notice that my baby had a lip tie (not even my PD spotted it!). We would not have consulted a specialist about it and gotten this condition resolved quickly if not for the fact that Auntie Lay Peng had pointed it out. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with her and would not hesitate to hire her again in the future!
