Jackie’s confinement meals were nutritious, balanced, and absolutely delicious. She prepared a wide variety of traditional Chinese confinement dishes that helped with my recovery—everything from black vinegar pig’s trotters, sesame oil chicken, herbal soups, steamed fish, to nourishing red date longan tea. She was very knowledgeable about the right herbs and ingredients for postpartum healing and adjusted the meals based on my condition and preferences.
Every dish was prepared with care, and I looked forward to every meal. She even made sure to explain the benefits of each ingredient, which gave me peace of mind knowing I was well taken care of.
Jackie’s baby care skills were exceptional. She handled my newborn with such confidence, gentleness, and patience. From feeding, burping, and bathing, to swaddling and soothing the baby to sleep—everything was done with great care and attention. She monitored my baby closely, kept detailed notes on feeding and sleeping patterns, and was quick to notice any signs of discomfort. I felt completely at ease leaving my baby in her hands.
As a second-time mom, I learned so much from her. She took the time to teach me how to care for my baby, answered all my questions patiently, and offered helpful tips without being overbearing. Her guidance gave me confidence and peace of mind during a time that could have easily felt overwhelming.
Highly recommended Jackie! She’s always on the ball and reacted to changes very quickly. Jackie has excellent time management. She was never late in preparing anything, be it food, bath and cleaning of pump parts. It’s our family’s good fortune to have met her.
