Auntie Jackie’s displayed remarkable patience and professionalism in handling our newborn, even during the more challenging days when our baby cried frequently and had disrupted sleep. Her approach was gentle yet firm, and she always remained calm under pressure. We learned so much from her about newborn care, especially how to soothe, bathe, and burp our baby properly. She established a good routine and maintained high standards of hygiene and baby handling.
