Well maintained hygiene skills, whenever baby split out milk, will tend to clean her up and change new clothes. But if baby poop, I would suggest that she is able to change the diaper first instead of asking mummy to breastfeed finish then change as each feeding side required 15mins and this cause diaper rash for my baby.

She always concerned that I should blow dry my hair every time after shower, try to accommodate to my request such as during midnight feed, she would wake me up to breastfeed first then drink formula.

Very humble and friendly nanny. Able to keep my kitchen clean, neat and tidy after every meal. Shows concerns to the mummy such as should shower early and in hot bath, make sure the hair is dry after.

Very gentle and caring to my newborn, making sure that she is well and have all the checklist done. Also able to cook for my first and second born in terms of meals whenever they are at home or after school.

Some stuffs to improve would to focused on the task at hand, may need to prioritise tasks and able to multitask when needed. Try not to repeat too many times the same issue to the mummy when she said is alright.
