Elaine is a very honest, trustworthy, reliable and experienced nanny. She is well versed in modern child caring methods and is constantly learning more in order to upgrade her knowledge and skillsets. She has genuine love for babies, and you can rest assured that your baby will receive the best care. She will be very strict with new mums on adhering to confinement practices (within reasonable bounds, such as washing of hair once every 3 days), and will maintain constant monitoring and nagging. She is however a kind person, and ultimately has baby’s and mummy’s welfare at heart. It took some time for us to warm up, but we ended up on very good terms. And the fact that she keeps in contact with all her previous mummies is a testimony to how much she is appreciated for her care towards mummies and babies. I also enjoyed her cooking very much. She is an excellent cook and with such a wide repertoire of recipes that there was no repeated meal (unless specially requested by me) throughout the 2 months we spent together.
