I believe she can learn to prepare Western-style dishes, especially since I am slightly younger and have a different palate. Her style is mostly Chinese.

There are still certain areas for improvement. For example, when baby was at 3 weeks, she recommended to switch to a number 1 teat for faster flow (we used the brand Hegen), but it did not work. Even now at 2 months, we are still using number 0 teat. I do think she can have more experience in this area. Secondly, she advised us not to swaddle the baby since day 1 and we took her advice. After she left, because we were desperate for baby to sleep well through the night, we decided to try swaddling baby. It actually worked well for us! But no harm was done, so we are not too concerned.
