Overall I had a pleasant experience with the nanny. She showed care for the mummy and baby. She will also ask what dishes that my elder boy eat and help to cook for him as well as help on the laundry. As for the improvement, suggest nanny to check and change diapers more often when baby has diaper rash. And also try to wipe down baby early at late evening time instead of night.
