Nanny is very knowledgeable in caring for the baby and genuinely cares for the baby.

She also teaches and imparts her baby caring knowledge to my husband and me, recommending certain methods and items for us to use especially since we are first time parents.

She is very patient with our baby who is very fussy, she is able to observe the baby and understand his cues which minimises his crying. She is very organised with her placement of baby items and how and when to wash things is quite efficient.

She makes sure I get enough rest by taking care of the baby fully for the first 2 weeks and ensures that I eat and sleep well. Was struggling a lot with latching and pumping but she was there to help support me. She is direct and to the point so communicating with her was easy(helps that she understands English well). She is very positive and willing to share her experiences which helped alleviate my fears as a first time mom.

Her direct and straightforward way of communicating plus her understanding of English fits well with my personality and was a huge help in caring for both baby and me. She is efficient in organising and scheduling, taking care of the baby on top of all the washing and cooking. When she teaches my husband and I how to care for the baby, she is patient and will explain to us why things are done in a certain way. She is also open to communication, will request for her to let me hold/try latching the baby when I was still recovering and she will bring him to me. She is also very positive and her sharing of her experiences helped me with my struggles and fears as a first time mom. We are very grateful to have her as our nanny and even extended her services till the next job.
