In terms of baby care, she is very knowledgeable and attentive to our baby's needs. I really appreciate her commitment to ensuring that we know what to do even after she's left - it's clear that she cares a lot about the baby! She was patient in teaching us and transformed me from someone who doesn't dare to hold newborns to being confident of handling the baby on my own!

On top of baby care, she also ensured that I was getting the right nutrients to recover and build a healthy milk supply. Her cooking was delicious and we looked forward to her meals everyday!

Overall, Vivien was an expert at baby care, confinement care and also very flexible in adapting to our household's changing needs. We highly recommend her services and will definitely be engaging her if we have more children in the future!
