Melody is always very attentive to needs and feelings of mummy! This is the second time I have engaged her. For our first baby, when we know lesser, she has really been very patient and helpful. In terms of latching, I was very lost the first time round. She will make sure latch has been done well before she leave the room. This time round, she has also observed and reminded me on the importance of a good latch. She will always remind mummy to take lots of rest, drink water as well as bath in the afternoon. Melody is super tidy and clean. On the first day that she is here, she will tidy up the fridge and ensure that the area for storing breast milk is cleaned and at the top layer - far away from any raw meat in the fridge. Raw meat is always kept cleanly in boxes. Baby room is kept clean always - and she will clean up the room often especially after blowing dry her hair to ensure room is clean. Most importantly, she is comfortable to be around! Straight forward communication, approachable and ever-ready to discuss and share the small details of baby on a daily basis. I have a toddler who needs time to get used to being around a newborn, she is also attentive to her feelings and use positive parenting approach with her as well.
