Generally good at caregiving. The nanny is straightforward but we understand she means no harm hence we still got along well. She was always very good at providing assistance whenever the baby fussed, whether it is day or night so I had sufficient rest. In terms of hygiene, baby could be changed more frequently - whether it’s the diaper or soiled swaddles that may be overlooked.

Nanny is great at baby care especially when it comes to soothing my baby. She is also very proactive when I require assistance with the baby when guests are around or at night, ensuring I have sufficient rest. As I have a toddler at home, she will care for my firstborn during times when I’m busy (e.g. when I’m breastfeeding) which helps lessen the load when managing the household. We’ve enjoyed her presence and members of our household will miss her when she’s gone!
