I love Susan's cooking! Always very flavourful, I am surprised because she don't add salt! She also make her hometown food that I requested, Mee Hoon Kway! A few of my favourite dishes from her are pig trotter, sliced fish bee hoon soup, mee sua, steamed egg, oatmeal with banana and fruits, taiwan breakfast (prata with egg, ham and cheese)

1 unique thing about her is she doesnt like baby to use pacifiers, same as me! So even though my baby can be abit fussy at times, she manage to soothe my baby without pacifier and taught me and my helper too! She makes it easy for me to take care of my baby, just need to make shh shh sound and pat my baby to sleep in 5-10min, no need to rock around for 30min. She also makes my baby get used to sleeping in noisy environment, so easier to bring my baby out! She taught me to shower baby well! My helper and I can shower my baby in 5-10min! She is really the best in baby care, playing and talking with my baby too, making sure my baby knows day and night too!

Besides being good with baby and cooking, she also talks to me well, and give advice to me! Sometimes, I dont rest in the afternoon because I am busy talking to her, to ease my post-partum emotions and loneliness. She really treats me as a daughter, encourage my sick mother-in-law well, train my helper well in maintaining the house and kitchen cleaniness! I asked for her to tidy and declutter the baby's room abit, while I took care of my baby. She gladly did that, with the help of my helper! She really is of very good help to me and my family in the past 35days! I teared in the car, after my family fetch her to her cousin's place!

Though this is my 1st baby, 1st confinement, 1st nanny that I have, I can confidently say she is my best nanny, or she suits my style! At first, the nanny that I engaged is her friend instead. But her friend got injured and couldn't do confinement for me, so her friend recommend Susan to me! I am abit worried as she seems to be very long-winded through text and voice message, but after meeting her Face to Face, I can confidently say I will hire her again for my next baby! My husband already booked her! Lol! I only extended her for 1 week! I would have extended her longer, if she didnt have a holiday booked after. She is super good at cooking (I miss her cooking already), baby care, keeping my house organized, train my helper well! Besides, she has very good soft skills, she listen to me and give me good advice on post-partum, life advice, mingle well with my helper, become good friends with my mum too, encourage my mother-in-law though she is sick! My house become so lively and noisy (in a good way) after she came! Instead of a nanny, I feel that I gain another mother in return and my family and I are going to meet up with her once she is done with her work in end-August!
