I would highly recommend Cynthia as a nanny on this forum. She was an immense support to our family. As new parents, we did not know what to expect but she came in from the getgo and really cared for our baby with so much love, patience, and dedication, while also guiding us with kindness and reassurance as we navigated parenthood for the first time. She also got along really well with our helper and dog.

Despite having more than 10 years of experience, she remained humble, open-minded, and eager to learn. When we engaged a lactation consultant, she sat in attentively with us and thoughtfully adapted to the advice given. For example, the different methods of burping and how long the burping should be. On the reassurance front, I personally had a lot of engorgement issues, coupled with the fact that my son had an incredible appetite (160ml by week 6) - she was so encouraging every time, telling me that I've already done so well and that I am feeding him even if it means mixing in a bit of formula to top up.

She was also exceptionally hygienic and meticulous in every aspect of baby care. Our baby’s bed, bottles, bathing items, and play areas were always kept spotless. We were also taught (multiple times) how to ensure that he's thoroughly clean too, whether from changing his diapers to his baths.

More than that, she truly became part of our family. Throughout her stay, she constantly looked out for not just our baby, but our entire family’s well-being. She made sure I was recovering and resting well, patiently supported us through moments of pain (my engorgement issues), when we wanted to go out (she would be punctual in preparing the diaper bag, making sure the baby is ready to go) and truely went far beyond her responsibilities (Even when we encouraged her to rest while we took over, she remained incredibly attentive and caring, always wanting to ensure the baby was well looked after). We treated each other like family, and her presence brought comfort, stability, and joy into our home.

We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, experienced, loving, and dedicated confinement nanny.I know that it might be a bit suss that I'm giving Cynthia such a high rating, but I genuinely mean everything that I've written and reviewed. We were very fortunate to have found and hired Cynthia as our nanny, she made my journey into motherhood such a good experience and I will definitely hire her again.
