One of the most valuable contributions was her massage experience and great skills. She provided both postnatal massages for me and gentle baby massages. Her techniques helped to relieve body aches, improve circulation, and support my recovery process, while also helping my baby to relax and sleep better. This extra care truly enhanced our overall confinement experience.

With the baby, she showed remarkable attentiveness and experience. She was skilled in feeding, bathing, swaddling, and establishing healthy routines for sleep and comfort. She always put the baby’s safety first and was gentle, loving, and responsive to her needs. I also appreciated how she communicated openly with me, providing daily updates and respecting my preferences as a mother.

On a personal level, I found CL RENA to be warm, trustworthy, and reliable. She managed her duties independently, which allowed me to rest and focus on my recovery. Her presence gave me confidence and reassurance during a very important time for our family.
