My husband and I were impressed with Nanny Gean's cooking skills, and loved her passion for cooking and her understanding of ingredients and different cuisines. As a personal preference, I wasn't really into confinement food. Having understood that, Nanny Gean was quick to improvise and cooked up a wide variety of yummy dishes. One of my favourites was her wraps, which were nutritious, light and delicious !

This is our first baby and we really relied on the professionalism and expertise of Gean in taking care of him which she did so well. Our baby battled with jaundice, baby acne, cradle cap, and gassiness but she took it all in stride and patiently guided us through all the usual challenges of a baby's first month. She gave us really good recommendations based on her experience but never forced it upon us. She was also always happy to listen to and work with us on our preferences in caring for the baby, such as feeding and bathing preferences. Gean also generously shared with us information on items that we should get ready before the baby arrives, and had templates that we can use for to record feeding and pooing schedules. All of these were great in taking out some of the stresses and uncertainties as first time parents.

We have just come to the end of a 42+ days confinement period with Nanny Gean, and we really felt that we have hit the Nanny Jackpot with Gean. As first time parents, we really counted on Nanny Gean to care for our baby during these early days. We were also in unique circumstances where we had delivered the baby in a different country from our own and was staying in a serviced apartment, which wasn't the most well equipped and far from our family. Nanny Gean patiently guided us through the confinement period including through all the challenges that the baby faced in his early days such as jaundice and gassiness.. She showed so much love and patience when caring for our baby, which we really appreciate and we knew we could trust her right from the onset with the baby. We had to make a long journey home with a newborn baby after the first month, which I was initially really worried about. Thankfully Gean agreed to make the tiring journey with us and she was instrumental in helping us settle back home. I highly recommend Gean to any potential parents who are looking for a confinement nanny !
