The food that Aunty Jennifer prepared was delicious and nutritious. Given that I am a very picky eater, Aunty Jennifer did her very best to accomodate to my preference by diversifying her cooking style and incorporated my favourite ingredients into the confinement food to get me eating more. I guess that’s why i recovered fast and was back to my pre-pregnancy self in terms of energy and activity level before the confinement ended.

Aunty Jennifer was patient and loving towards my baby. She would sing to her and talk to her. Aunty Jennifer cared a lot about cleanliness and hygiene. She would bathe my baby with extreme care and always change her clothes whenever it kena milk or urine, even it is just a tiny tiny spot. She would also change the baby bedsheet every alternate day. What i love most about her way was that she managed to train my baby to sleep on her own. Impressive!! Something that will benefit us parents as we can just put her in the cot and she will sleep on her own.
