I cannot recommend our confinement lady enough – and her cooking was an absolute highlight! She made sure every meal was different, rotating cuisines so I never got bored during my confinement. At the same time, she carefully balanced each dish to give me the nutrients I needed for recovery and breastfeeding. The food was not only nutritious but genuinely delicious – I actually looked forward to mealtimes!

What touched me most was that she even prepared authentic Malaysian dishes that I’ve been craving and missing since moving away. It felt like having a personal chef who truly understood my taste buds and cultural comfort food – all in my own kitchen. She’s a made‑to‑order chef at home, indeed!
