Joanne has been an amazing nanny - she took really good care of myself and baby, making sure I’m getting enough rest and that the baby’s needs are all met. She’s given me lots of advice and tips on how to take care of my baby, including developing baby’s care and sleep routine which has helped me so much as a first time mum. Joanne has been so patient in answering any questions I have, and also very receptive to any feedback I’ve given or preferences that I have. Will definitely hire her again as a nanny if there is another opportunity!
