Alicia was very talented at using any ingredients that I had in my fridge. She doesn’t waste and always catered to any of my preferences. I will never forget the day I came home from the hospital and a table of food was ready for me to eat. I love that she always cooked me vegetables as I tend to love eating more healthy food. She is always willing to teach me and left me some extra food before she left. I’m so appreciative of her feeding me. There is something so blissful to have a warm bowl of food at 4am when you are feeding your new born.

From the moment Alicia arrived, it was clear that she is an incredibly experienced and caring confinement nanny. Her confidence and knowledge showed through in every interaction she had with our baby, and it gave us so much reassurance as first time parents.

Our home feels so much quieter now that she has left. We genuinely miss hearing her chatting and singing to our baby throughout the day. It was obvious that our little one adored her, and watching the bond they formed was so special. We truly wish we had booked her for longer.

Alicia took exceptional care of me during my postpartum recovery. She always made sure I was well fed and hydrated. Not once did I go hungry, and my confinement tea was never left empty. She would quietly top it up, especially during those early morning feeds, without ever needing to be asked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a world of difference during those exhausting newborn weeks.

She was always on top of the laundry and household tasks, allowing me to focus on resting and recovering, which is exactly what every new mother needs. Her cooking was absolutely delicious, and we loved experiencing the variety of nourishing meals she prepared. We also learned so many new ways of cooking from her that we will continue to use long after she has gone.

What sets Alicia apart is her incredible wealth of knowledge. We quickly realised that the best thing we could do was trust her experience and allow her to do what she does best. That decision gave us the most wonderful confinement experience we could have hoped for.

We are so grateful for everything Alicia did for our family. She cared for us with genuine warmth, kindness and dedication, and we will always look back on this special time with immense appreciation. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

One thing that touching me deeply was when i developed lower back muscle pain from work.

Without hesitation,he took me for three treatments sessions.

He also thoughtfully changed the mattress to make it more comfortable for my back and even raised the baby’s cot so i wouldn’t have to bend over every time i picked up the baby.

I am truly grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness🫶🏻.

Baby Atlas is such a sweet and adorable little one,

With two charming dimples that melt everyone’s heart 🥰 He loved being cuddled, listening to me sing, and would peacefully drift off to sleep with a gentle pat on his little bottom.

As my 28 days confinement care journey with this lovely family comes to an end, my heart is filled with laughter, gratitude and beautiful memories.
