Ayi Peifen is a wonderful cook! She cooks very well and is very knowledgeable about the food nutrients in each dish. At least for my family and myself, we enjoyed Ayi Peifen's cooking a lot; Especially dishes like DOM pork, vinegar pork legs, or even simple stir-fry vegetable.
My baby loves being bathed by Ayi Peifen - that's the most enjoyable time of the day. Every baby is different... and for my baby he cries very loud, but thankfully Ayi Peifen is very good in her response time to pick him up and soothe him.
My baby is an active pooper, so Ayi Peifen has quite a bit of work cleaning him (even at 4 am in the morning when the poop spilled unto his clothes).
I am doing direct breastfeeding, hence Ayi Peifen always brings the baby to my room for feeding in the evening (typically 2-3x feeding at night).
Ayi Peifen is very knowledgeable in confinement rules e.g. wear slippers, wear long pants, wash hair sparingly... and all for good reasons.
I am very happy to engage her during this time, as it gives me time to rest and recover (from my C-section op) so that I am able to give care to my baby 100% when Ayi Peifen finishes her stay with me.
Overall I am glad that I have had Ayi Peifen in my home for the past 2 months.
Recommendation & Experience
I would recommend Ayi Peifen to be employed as she is sincere, honest (in a direct and straightforward manner), and hard-working.
My only negative experience is... I am not able to speak Chinese, hence sometimes we have "lost in translation" moments. Thankfully my mother and helper are able to speak Chinese, hence they help me to convey my message to Ayi Peifen. I would think that your family should be able to speak Chinese in order to communicate effectively with Ayi Peifen.
