We value excellent cooking skills, flexibility in preparing meals for both parents, meticulous cleanliness and respect for our family's privacy. Most importantly, she should genuinely love babies, communicate openly, minimise phone distractions during childcare and provide reliable overnight support while maintaining adequate rest.
