Excellent cooking skills. I like to eat traditional Chinese Confinement food (rice wine, ginger wine, DOM, turmeric ginger and all kinds of ginger) so I am looking for a nanny who can cook well. No skills needed for plate decoration because what matter most is taste and nutrient.
