We are seeking a certified, highly experienced, and hygienic Confinement Nanny to provide dedicated 24-hour care for a post-C-section mother and a newborn.
我们正在寻找一位持有专业证书、经验丰富且注重卫生的住家月嫂，为剖腹产妈妈和新生儿提供 24 小时全方位护理服务。
Key Requirements & Qualifications / 资格与任职要求：
Must hold valid professional certifications (e.g., Confinement Care, Postpartum Care, or Infant Care certification).
必须持有有效的专业证书（如：陪月护理证、产后护理证或育婴师证）。
Must hold a valid First Aid / Infant CPR certification.
必须持有有效的急救 / 新生儿 CPR 认证证书。
Must provide a recent health screening report (including tests for infectious diseases) prior to commencing the job.
上岗前必须提供最新的健康体检报告（含传染病筛查项目）。
Proven track record and experience in post-C-section recovery and newborn care.
具备丰富的剖腹产产后恢复护理与新生儿照料经验。
Key Responsibilities / 核心工作职责：
1. Newborn Care (24-Hour Coverage) / 新生儿护理（24小时）
Provide round-the-clock infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, and night soothing.
全天候照顾新生儿，包括喂奶、拍嗝、换尿布及夜间安抚。
Perform daily baby bathing, umbilical cord care, skin checks, and jaundice monitoring.
负责宝宝每日洗澡、脐带护理、皮肤状况检查及黄疸观察。
Sterilize all milk bottles, feeding equipment, and breast pump parts after each use.
每次使用后及时清洗消毒奶瓶、喂养用具及吸奶器配件。
Track the baby’s daily routine, including sleep cycles, feeding times, and bowel movements.
记录宝宝每日的作息调理，包括睡眠周期、喂奶时间及排便情况。
Handwash and care for the baby’s clothes, swaddles, and bedding.
手洗并整理宝宝的衣物、包单及床上用品。
2. Post-C-Section Care for Mother / 剖腹产产妇护理
Assist the mother with safe movement and physical comfort during C-section recovery.
协助剖腹产妈妈下床活动及日常起居，促进伤口愈合。
Prepare daily traditional herbal bath/wipe-down water for the mother.
每日为产妇准备烧开的草药洗澡水或擦澡水。
Provide lactation support, including breastfeeding guidance, latching assistance, and basic breast massage for milk flow.
提供母乳喂养指导、协助正确含衔以及基础乳房护理与通乳按摩。
Wash and care for the mother’s clothing.
负责清洗与整理产妇的个人衣物。
3. Confinement Meals & Dietary Management / 月子餐与膳食管理
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of traditional confinement herbs and nutrition, specifically tailored for progressive C-section healing.
精通传统月子药膳与营养知识，能够根据剖腹产不同恢复阶段调配膳食。
Plan and cook 3 daily confinement meals, herbal tonic soups, and red date tea for the mother.
负责烹饪产妇每日三餐月子餐、炖煮补汤及准备养生红枣水。
Clean and sanitize the kitchen area after preparing the mother's meals.
在准备完产妇餐点后，负责厨房及餐饮区域的打扫与清洁。
