We are looking for an experienced nanny to join our family in Abu Dhabi, UAE following the birth of our first baby.

Requirements

* Must be able to speak English
* Extensive experience caring for newborns and supporting mothers during the postpartum period
* Massage therapy certification training is preferred
* Infant CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
* Previous work experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) is a strong advantage
* Non-smoker
* Comfortable living in a home with 2 friendly pet dogs (no pet care required as I have a live in maid)
* References from previous families required

Responsibilities

* Overnight newborn care and support
* Daily postpartum massage for the mother
* Daily preparation of herbal baths
* Prepare authentic Chinese home-cooked meals, including nourishing postpartum soups and dishes, for the family
* Breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding support, including sterilizing bottles and breast pump equipment
* General newborn care, including feeding, bathing, diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, and establishing healthy sleep routines
* Baby-related housekeeping only as needed, including washing the baby’s clothes, towels, and bedding, and keeping the nursery and baby areas clean and organized
* Support first-time parents with newborn care and safe sleep practices

What We Provide

* Private bedroom
* Live-in position
* A full-time live-in maid, so no general household cleaning, family laundry, or pet care is required. Only baby-related housekeeping duties are expected as needed

Contract Details

* Contract duration: 30 days
* Estimated start date: Between 31 January and 5 February (depending on the baby’s arrival)
