Yes, Baby's Whisperer Private Limited really provides bad customer service. The agent mentioned that the confinement nanny I requested will be available during the month of my delivery. However, she posted another confinement nanny to our house without informing us ANYTHING.
Note: Whatever you request before you sign and pay the deposit, they will promise you anything & everything. You want dinosaur, they will also say “have have have. Don’t worry”. Mummies, beware okay. ❤️
