Full Complaint Details

I have been a patient at Thomson medical for years. Recently I gave birth in Dec and chose baby whisperer and engage a confinement nanny. I chose them only because baby whisperer are partners with TMC. I trusted TMC In many ways and thus without any much thoughts, I engaged baby whisperer.

However, my 1 month confinement was more of dissatisfaction and disappointment rather than help and taking care of me and my baby.

Too many to list however in a nutshell:

Level of cleanliness and hygiene was - terrible

My kitchen was messy, attracted ants.

The nannies insisted their way of doing things. They often assume they know more than the medical professionals.

Cooking was mediocre

Unfortunately, I had a replacement nanny during the last week of my confinement because the first nanny has another personal confinement job to take on back in Malaysia. How fair is that to me when I am also doing my confinement? Baby whisperer as an agency was not empathic as they make me feel. They gave me a replacement. I am not as fortunate as some new mommies had a great experience and mine was more of a stress than a help. The list goes on while the nannies stayed at my place. I put up with them because my new born daughter is under their care. I feedback my experience to baby whisperer however they were not partial to see 2 sides of the coin. They took the side of the nannies and stand by their behaviour. I was utterly disappointed and very annoyed. There is no basic customer service. To baby whisperer, service is done and money collected, what is there to help us right?

Baby whisperer promoted that their nannies are TRAINED in TMC, thus that is also the reason I chose them. However, Guess what? Both the nannies I had was NOT & NEVER trained by TMC.

Then why should I engage an agency whereby I can just get any aunties out there to be nannies?!

So isn’t this is a breech of trust and dishonesty whereby they claimed their nannies are trained by TMC?

With the disservice I received, the fee I have paid I feel so short changed! I regretted my decision in appointing baby whisperer for my confinement.

Now , I receive a notification to pay levy for 2 nannies! Why should I? Shouldn’t I only pay for 1 nanny? However, they told me I have to pay levy for 2 nannies? This is unreasonable and ridiculous!
