Hi, a warning to all mummies if encounter this confinement lady (Name: Liew Swee Wah, phone no.: +60 10-373 6944), PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. She fell asleep and dropped my 1.5month baby girl on the floor from the bed during the 42 days confinement period. Head back side direct on the floor. Fortunately, my baby is fine after all the checks. I have immediately sacked her and reduced her time of service. I have already warned her many times on the way she carried the baby (support only on the shoulder) and also to let the baby in the cot if feeling sleepy. Completely ignored my advise many times due to stubborness and eventually things happened. My wife and I suffered throughout the confinement period with this lady.
1. Making inconsistent remarks on baby feeding times all the time. Doesn't seem to remember things. Always tried to lie so that can feed the baby earlier. Her honesty is always in question.
2. Always overfeeding baby. Sometimes less than 1hr! And i can see the baby is pushing the bottle away already but she insisted the baby wanted more milk. Very frustrating. Now that we parents took over, baby seemed to be a lot calmer with feeding time.
3. Playing with phone while feeding the baby. Always too engross onto the phone and at times forgot to check the baby's condition. Noticed many times that baby already vomitted some milk but completely ignored.
4. Bad time management. At times, I need to wake her up in the morning to start preparing breakfast for my wife.
5. Sleeping while holding baby. So dangerous! Kept telling her that she should not do this and kept telling me that she's not sleeping, she's just closing her eyes and singing in her heart.
Again, always lying and not admitting to fault.
