Baby's Whisperer Nannies: Phone Obsessed, Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Agency Deceptive

Baby’s Whisperer would like you to think engaging their services will lead to a worry-free and stress-free confinement.

I feel strongly enough to advocate all family and friends to be wary of their pompous claims. My wife and I have had an atrocious experience with said company and their nannies.

Fiddling with hand phone while caring for baby? Check.

Waking up later than my wife so she goes on an empty stomach? Check.

Gossiping with our domestic helper about her compensation and comparing their duties to create subtle discords? Check.

Refusing to heed PD’s advice to carry our baby upright to reduce his stomach reflux pain? Check.

Leaving my wife’s confinement dishes to our domestic helpful to wash? Check.

Now all of the above, one could put down to sheer misfortune. While we have clearly communicated our requirements to the nannies provided by Baby’s Whisperer, we have closed an eye as long as they took good care of our baby. Where we feel they have fallen short of our expectations, we have done our part to accommodate and cover up their inadequacies.

What we cannot tolerate though, is Baby’s Whisperer’s completely unprofessional conduct towards us, their customers.

We have had the experience of two nannies abruptly informing us or our helper on separate occasions that they were leaving. When informed of this incidents, Baby’s Whisperer claimed that they had no knowledge of such information.

Instead of carefully investigating the nanny’s true intentions, they brushed the issue off by claiming that one of their nannies was merely “teasing” us, and that it was part of her character. This, despite the nanny physically packing her bags and signalling her intention to leave to our helper.

It is manipulative and deceptive behaviour like this, both on the part of the nanny and Baby’s Whisperer that I insist on forewarning budding parents about this company. The integrity of the company, I leave everyone to judge for yourselves. Should anyone choose to engage their appalling services, please do so with both your eyes wide open.
